A l\u2019origine, les Lorentz \u00e9taient des\u00ab gourmets \u00bb ainsi qu\u2019on appelait autrefois les n\u00e9gociants de vins alsaciens. Ils le sont rest\u00e9s mais sont devenus aussi vignerons avec 32 ha en propre mais 110  exploit\u00e9s. Les vins Lorentz sont tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sents dans la restauration et plut\u00f4t r\u00e9put\u00e9s pour leur finesse et leur image de vins de gourmets \u2026 Le passage en bio depuis 2012 n\u2019a fait que renforcer cette r\u00e9putation.<\/p>\n<p>Georges Lorentz a mis au point une arme strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 partir de sa rampe de lancement du Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergheim. Baptis\u00e9 Addict 1.23 (du nom de la superficie de la parcelle), ce riesling est b\u00e2ti autour du mill\u00e9sime 2010 \u2013 ann\u00e9e atypique avec un hiver glacial, un printemps frais et un \u00e9t\u00e9 gorg\u00e9 de soleil. La cuv\u00e9e Addict a subi une vinification ultra soign\u00e9e  avec un \u00e9levage de  25% en demi-muid neuf. Au final, des notes de fruits secs de nectarine. En bouche, une tension de corde de stradivarius mais qui prend peu \u00e0 peu de l\u2019ampleur. Notes salines et  une longueur peu banale.
